1. Eligibility for Return

A clear unboxing video from start to end is required for any return or refund claim.
The video must show the entire package opening without cuts or edits.

3. Return Request Time
You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

4. Condition of Returned Product
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All tags, packaging, and accessories must be returned.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Used items
Products without unboxing video
Items damaged due to customer handling
Items opened without video
Accessories such as cosmetics, innerwear, personal use items, etc. (if applicable)

6. Refund Process
Refund will be provided only after:
Product pickup and inspection
Verification of unboxing video and issue
Approval by our quality team
Once approved:
Online payment refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refund may take 5–7 working days, depending on the bank
COD orders will be refunded as store credit or bank transfer (as applicable)

7. Replacement
If the product is in stock, we may offer a replacement instead of refund.
If stock is not available, refund will be issued.

8. Return Pickup
Courier partner will attempt pickup from the same address where delivery was made.
If pickup fails due to customer unavailability, the pick-up may be rescheduled once.

Cancellation is possible only before the product is shipped.
